Additionally, there are 6 upcoming Migrations to the IAE (Integrated Award Environment) that will be implemented in between July 1 and Sept. 30 on the SAM system. Upcoming releases to SAM will include the capabilities found in the electronic Subcontracting Reporting System (eSRS)/FFATA, Subaward Reporting System (FSRS), the Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA), Federal Business Opportunities (FBO), Wage Determinations On Line (WDOL), Federal Procurement Data System (FPDS), the combination of Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS), Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) and the Federal Awardee Performance and Integrity Information System (FAPIIS).
Our services include a 1, 2 & 5 Year management plans. These will provide administrative oversight to maintain your all entity location(s). At times, knowing who to contact and what you have to update in the multiplatform reporting system is a daunting task. Fortunately, we have the knowledge and experience needed to take on these registrations.
For the US based locations there are more functions within the SAM system. We will be working on keywords and narratives per location to include in the registration. We will also be looking at competing contracting information for the relevant North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) and Product and Service Codes (PSC). If the location has address update issues, we will work with the network of supporting SAM.gov sites to update the corresponding information.
For the International locations we will also be looking at competing contracting information for the relevant North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) and Product and Service Codes (PSC). If the location has address update issues, we will work with the corresponding NATO agencies to update the incorrect information.
As an added benefit of our services, we will coordinate one user account for your entity location(s) all the locations for easy maintenance. One login provides access to all the tools needed to update, record representations and certifications, and view or respond to opportunities. Existing roles will be migrated to the SAM database for companies that had system accounts.
If you have multiple locations, you are required to have both separate DUNS and CAGE information for each location. The reason for this is because contracting officers access SAM to have a more streamlined and simplified way to complete an award and distribute payment. Having the information per site location breaks down payments in terms of which CAGE/NCAGE.
